Many of our ellipticals come with an adjustable stride. If you purchased one that does and you have some questions about it, hopefully they are answered here.
There are 2 options that we offer to adjust your stride. There is a manual option, and a power incline option that will adjust the stride length.
The manual version of the stride adjustment requires that you pull the Adjustment Knob and then slide the Adjustment Bracket to other holes to shorten or lengthen the stride. To ensure the proper rotation you will need to adjust both the right and left sides to be the same.
The second option offered is a power adjustment. This is accomplished by adjusting the Power Intensity Ramp. Adjusting the ramp to higher incline levels provides a longer stride, and the lower the incline level the shorter the stride.Tags: adjust, feet, length, long, pedal, short, stride
